A native of Mexico the city Pachuca hidalgo to Vicente Guerrero .Where I live was young then muve to Mexico D.F where I star  a work in restaurants my first job in the restaurant DON PANCHOS  where I cook food spain and buffed seafood  for tree years , change to restaurant VIPS where I learning  much and experience for different dishes ,past for all positions ,washer to sub chef ..
